Goods damaged by the customer, or subjected to unfair abuse are not covered by this warranty.
As a rule of thumb, if your front iris won’t adjust, we’ll take care of it — if it won’t adjust because you stuck your cleaning rod into it, you’re on your own
Faulty goods will have to be returned for inspection, and a repair/replacement carried out as appropriate
We can carry out some repairs in-house, some items may go to the manufacturer for repair
