Gehmann: one tube to fit the modern Gehmann screw in irises with the removeable front plate, and a second tube to fit your 22mm threaded tunnel/accessory
Centra: one tube to fit the modern Centra screw in irises (Beam/Glass/Duo etc) with the male threaded section hidden behind the knurled adjustment ring, and a second tube to fit your 22mm threaded tunnel/accessory
High-End: one tube that will fit into the Centra High End, and a second tube to fit your 22mm threaded tunnel. These two tubes are actually the same, and will fit both ends of a threaded M22 tunnel/accessory
