Goods in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours and delivered next day in the UK, and 5-14 days for international orders
For small UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will get tracking via email and/or SMS
For larger items such as jackets we use DPD, which is a 2 day service. You will get tracking by email and a 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery
As of June 2023 are moving to a ‘live stock’ system, where you will be able to see if an item is in stock before you order
Not all products are on this system yet, and some products such as Centra High-Ends with too many options will never be added due to software limitations
You can subscribe to a ‘Notify Me’ option if an item is out of stock – you will get an auto-magic email notification when it comes back into stock
Where a product shows the quantity available, that’s actual stock
Where a product shows no quantity, it may be in stock or it may not be. If it’s needed urgently, just phone or email to check
If you need an obscure size in a jacket / trousers, (think a left-handed, female size 50 for example) please contact us for a quote and lead time
