As of June 2023 are moving to a ‘live stock’ system, where you will be able to see if an item is in stock before you order
Not all products are on this system yet, and some products, such as Centra High-Ends, with too many options will never be added due to software limitations
You can subscribe to a ‘Notify Me’ option if an item is out of stock – you will get an email notification when items come back into stock
Where a product shows the quantity available, that’s actual stock
Where a product shows no quantity, it may be in stock or it may not be. If it’s needed urgently, just phone or email to check
We are allowing back-orders on jacket and trousers, this is to allow customers to order obscure sizes (think a left-handed, female size 50 for example) and are normally prepared to wait on stock coming from the supplier
If an item is out of stock we will provide an estimated timescale for delivery, and you will have the option of cancelling the order, should you not wish to wait
Goods in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 days in the UK, and 5-14 days for international orders
