The whole mechanism is mounted on a spring-loaded ball joint, allowing fast and repeatable adjustment
The ratchet can be moved to either side of the cheekpiece, allowing a huge off set in either direction
Aside from the ball joint, the cheekpiece platform is also adjustable in every direction, see photos
