Making A Purchase We accept Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards. We do not accept AMEX at this time. All our online payments are handled by SecureTarding, one of the most respected Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in the UK.

The advantage of using a PSP is that your card details are never seen or stored by us, so its not possible for them to be compromised.

You may send a cheque if you prefer, good will be sent on clearance of your cheque.

Shipping And Handling All goods will be shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce / DHL, prices will be displayed in checkout, based on your order and location.

Delivery Schedule We aim to carry almost all items in stock but in the event that an item is out of stock or we are awaiting stock we will email you to let you know when to expect delivery.

If goods are in stock delivery is usually 3/4 days from day of order

If you need an item urgently please email to check stock and ask for express shipping. Additional charges may apply.
Tax Charges The price you see is the price you pay, apart from shipping costs.

You may be liable for import duty in your own country but this is outside our control.
Guarantee All goods carry a guarantee of 12 months from date of purchase. Some manufacturers have up to 30 years warranty, i.e. Gehmann irises.

If you have an item that has developed a fault, and we cannot repair it ourselves, these are returned to the manufacture for repair/replacement, as appropriate.

Goods that have been subjected to unfair wear or damaged are, naturally, not covered by this warranty.

Returns Policy We accept returns without any quibbles. All we ask is that goods are returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unused state.

You will be responsible for the postage costs.

We accept returns up to 28 days from date of purchase.
